There are many different techniques that you can use to sell products through a review site but one of the best methods that we have used in the past, involves disguising a sales page review like it your own product.
Let’s face it. There are many people out there that just can not write a sales page. On top of that, most of us do not want to create product for every single Niche out there. But what if you didn’t have to. So let’s imagine what we are looking at. We find a product in the Clickbank marketplace for a topic like Anxiety. Now this is a pretty boring subject but you must remember that there are many desperate people out there that need answers for it.
Now creating a product is out of the question. Takes way too much time. So instead let’s just use the Anxiety program like it is our own. This way we have a better chance at getting search engine rankings and cheaper cost per click.
When we create this page, we want to create it in the terms of “My Product” or the “Product I use” this way it is more personal. You are going to create the page like you are reviewing this product and never selling it. This way, the person thinks; this guy or girl uses it, they like it, it must be good.
Now you can use the picture of the product or service at hand but if there is not one, just make your own ecover and add it to your review/sales page. You can recommend the product and instead of sending the customer to the merchant page, just send them to the checkout page. You can also provide a picture of what the checkout page looks like on the sales page so the customer doesn’t feel like they are giving their money to another website.
So the basic idea behind it is done. Now you want to make sure that you can get some free and cheap PPC traffic to this review site. What you want to do is find some of the most comment terms typed into the search engine about Anxiety. You can use the Google Keyword Tool for this. Once you have the list, you want to look for very low competition and lower traffic keywords and write down those keywords.
Make sure you type them into Google and check out the search engine competition. Once you have picked out some good keywords that relate to anxiety or whatever, you can write your review/sales page and start forwarding people to the Clickbank checkout form for the Clickbank product you are selling. It’s almost like selling the product like it is your own. We have seen increased conversions with this technique. Maybe because its 100% original content and there is nothing else like it but all we know is that it worked.
If you get it up and running, run some Pay Per Click to it based on general Anxiety or whatever Niche you are doing terms. You might be surprised with your results. Good Luck
